Tender Hearts Preschool and Daycare: Facilities & Enrollment

Tender Hearts is a small and personal state licensed facility with certified and experienced staff. A ministry established in 1998 by Park Avenue Community Church.

• An inside gym area for bad weather days
• Nap room containing individual cots and relaxing classical music

• Arts and craft centers

Enrollment Requirements

Children attending must meet the following requirements:
• Ages 2 1/2 to 6 years of age
• Completed application/enrollment packet
• Payment of non-refundable registration fee

• Health form completed by a physician
